1. Introduction

Welcome to Edu ERP, an educational enterprise resource planning (ERP) system provided by Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Edu ERP. By using Edu ERP, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Definitions

"Edu ERP" refers to the ERP platform provided by Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd. However, Edu ERP is a shared platform between authorized users and candidates of JobsAcademy and Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd.

"User" refers to any individual or entity using the platform.

"Services" refer to the features and functionalities offered through Edu ERP.

"Third-Party Services" refer to services provided by external vendors, such as payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Account credentials must be kept secure. Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.
  • Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or fraudulent activities will result in account termination.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
  • Use Edu ERP solely for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
  • Not engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
  • Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or distribute harmful software within the system.
  • Not use Edu ERP for any illegal transactions, fraudulent activities, or financial misconduct.
5. Data Privacy and Security

User data will be collected and stored as per our Privacy Policy. Edujobs Academy or JobsAcademy ensures reasonable security measures to protect user information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Edu ERP, including but not limited to software, design, and features, is owned by Edujobs Academy of 2COMS Group. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the system without prior written consent.

7. Fees, Payments, and Third-Party Services

Certain features of Edu ERP may require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. Any disputes should be directed to the third-party provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

Edujobs Academy or JobsAcademy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Edu ERP.

9. Payment Liability Disclaimer

Edujobs Academy or JobsAcademy will not be held liable if a payment fails due to incorrect details provided by the payer. It is the payer’s responsibility to confirm payment with their bank.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Edujobs Academy or JobsAcademy from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of Edu ERP.

11. Termination of Access

Edujobs Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these terms.

12. Amendments and Updates

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of Edu ERP after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
