Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Learners may withdraw from a course within 7 days of enrolment for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, learners must notify JobsAcademy and Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd via email or the website contact form within 7 days of course commencement.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, but it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in the user’s account.

No refund will be provided if the learner has accessed course materials, attended live sessions, or taken assessments during the 7-day period.

2. Refund Eligibility & Processing
  • Before Classes Start: Refund requests before class commencement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed after deducting a processing fee.
  • After Classes Start: No refund will be provided once classes have commenced.
  • University Verification Rejection: If a candidate's admission is rejected by university verification authorities, a full refund will be issued. The process may take up to one month.
  • Unavailability of Course: If JobsAcademy and Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd cannot provide a selected course due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., faculty unavailability, natural calamities), a full refund will be granted.
3. Fees & Payment Guidelines
  • Fees must be paid between the 1st and 30th of the first month of each quarter.
  • Delayed payments will incur a daily late fee, determined by the authority.
  • LMS access will be suspended if fees remain unpaid after a quarter, with two reminders sent before access is revoked.
  • Late admissions must clear all previous dues before exams.
  • Exam fees must be paid before appearing in any examination.
4. Payment Liability Disclaimer

JobsAcademy and Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd will not be held liable for failed payments due to incorrect account details or personal information provided by the payer.

If a credit/debit card supplier declines payment, JobsAcademy and Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd is not obligated to notify the payer of the decline.

It is the payer’s responsibility to confirm with their bank or card provider that payment has been successfully processed.

JobsAcademy and Edujobs Academy Pvt. Ltd is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use this site, linked websites, or related materials.

No compensation will be provided for any downtime that may occur on the platform.
